With these Ultimate breastfeeding pillows I've addressed 4 issues which in my opinion are lacking in others available -
1/ Portability - Once you find that breastfeeding is SO much easier to do using a breastfeeding pillow you'll want to carry yours around with you everywhere when out with your baby. These look and carry like a bag ulike other cumbersome and ugly alternatives.
2/ Attractiveness - the fabric used with mine are practical but chosen with the Yummy Mummy in mind and not the baby
3/ Slippage - I always found really annoying was that most Breastfeeding pillows would slip away meaning that your baby would end up sliding off. These tie on so you'll have non of that.
4/ Lifespan/Versatility - This is not just a product that you'll only use for the duration of your breastfeeding, it makes a great cushion for when your baby is just liying down (see the picture below) and for when he or she starts sitting and needs some extra security ( see the shots in my cute cord range) AND unlike any other breastfeeding pillow remove the inner bean bag and you have a great toddler bag to carry on using, totally washable and with adjustable straps it can be carried in a variety of ways, when I'm out with my boys I have mine hanging across my body leaving my hands free to lift them onto climbing frames, swings etc. or even just to hold hands!
This Ultimate Breastfeeding pillow uses a thick, tactile, black and white floral fabric. On the underside is a soft needle corduroy in deep red, complimenting the black and white fabric perfectly. With 2 inside pockets and even a funky lining, this one really does convert to great bag to continue using after breastfeeding
There is only a limited amount of these left so once these have sold out there will be no more. I've spent a little more on the lining here, which I've chosen to compliment the outer fabric making it stylish and gorgeous inside and out. Hence the difference in price.
The Ultimate range breastfeeding pillows are the biggest so potentially can be used longer for breastfeeding and convert to a better toddler bag because of the size and the fact that they have inner pockets. they measure 65 cms across and 38 cms down.
There's a firm inner crescent shaped bean bag filled with polystyrene fire retardant beads or environmentally freindly buckwheat hulls.
I developed this particular range to be luxurious AND functional using indulgent and high end fabrics, which is why I call these breastfeeding pillows my Ultimate range. All outer bags are individually hand-made and limited edition, so designs may be updated regularly to keep up with current trends.
